STARTUP FEE

This cost is the startup fee for the development of an IDX Website for a individual real estate agent. This fee includes all development, staging, design, setup and content writing fees for the following website pages:

Upon completion of your website, there is a monthly subscription fee of $99. This fee provides the following:

• Real-Time IDX Integration with website through IDX Broker (normally $70 per month)
• 1 Domain Name Registered (normally $20 per year)
• 1 Professional CRM License (normally $40 per month)
• Real-Time Web Analytics - Integrated with CRM (normally $10 per month)
• Website hosting, SSL certificate and daily backups (normally $35 per month
